Confused and new to TEFL - "How do I choose a course?"

EBC is offering help for newcomers to TEFL that don't know how to choose the right TEFL course. If you're a newbie to TEFL you're probably overwhelmed by the number of courses on offer. EBC knows this so we've put together a list of 20 pretty simple, but testing questions that you should ask all the schools that you are interested in attending BEFORE you send them your hard earned cash.

We got a call from someone the other day that put down a deposit on a course and then found our list of 20 questions. He then called up the school he'd already paid for and asked for answers. He did NOT like what he heard and is now trying to get his money back. He wants to come to EBC but there's not a lot we can do to help him out.
